Head of HR. 9.15- 4.30pm Monday – Friday. With dedicated HR administration support 3 days per week.
The role would be primarily responsible for
Training and development
Implementation and maintenance of HR practices, policy and procedures
Disciplinary/ PIP etc
Work with the senior management team in deciding policy and procedures and act as a sounding board for senior management.
