I am delighted to share with you that recently we have strengthened our trustee board by bringing in new talent to help us to continue to develop our great service to the community.
Recently we had the pleasure of welcoming Alison Laughlin who brings 30 years’ experience in portfolio, programme, project management, PMO project delivery troubleshooting and coaching skills. Not only does Alison help to manage the core programme but also supports through presenting as part of the quarterly programme to the benefit of the members.
We also welcomed Ralph Hegarty who was a former member some years back and always wanted to find a way to give back. We are grateful now that Ralph has joined the trustee board. With Ralph’s background in procurement category management, vendor management experience with solid relationship building, helps us to focus on finding funding sources to work on specific projects.
This month we also engaged the expertise of Amanda Fisackerly to help structure and focus us on the future. Amanda has extensive charitable experience having run a choir charity amongst other voluntary engagements. As an astute business and operations executive, she has specific expertise in recruitment, coaching, training, new business sales, sales and operational management. This helps position us to not only improve our services and operation but position us for the years ahead. Amanda also donates her time and expertise by running a session as part of the quarterly programme.
As you will see, along with our existing trustees, Maxine Hart, Stephen Grosvenor and Louise Shenton, we have doubled our strength, experience and wisdom to better serve the community.
Do take a moment to take look at our website to read more about our wonderful trustees, who donate their valuable time and expertise through their passion and commitment for M3 Job Club for which we are immensely grateful.
