How to Write your Elevator Pitch

⭐Struggling to articulate your elevator pitch ( the ‘who you are and what you offer’)?

⭐Anxious about meeting new people or speaking in public?

⭐Have writer’s block when crafting your Personal Statement?

⭐Overwhelmed by this challenge and don’t know how to solve it?

⭐Aware it’s holding you back on your return to work journey?

⭐This interactive workshop-style session will enable you to understand and get practical hands-on methods to :

➢ Define your expertise, experience, sectors o what your functional skills are – what you do, where you’ve done it, what you deliver, what difference you make

➢ Learn how to create a 60 second elevator pitch

➢ Feel positive and be confident telling others about your experience and expertise

⭐This session is for you if you want to

➢ gain the processes so you can re-use them as needed

➢ feel equipped and motivated to give your elevator pitch, wherever and whenever you need to

➢ work on your CV and make it sing for you

⭐Before the session :

➢ Review your personal statement and your CV

➢ Have prepared an outline of summary ‘elevator pitch’

➢ your functional areas of expertise

➢ in which industries or sectors

➢ the difference you make,

➢ what you’re looking for in your next role

➢ Have practised saying it out loud and noting how it makes you feel and how you deal with that

⭐To get the most out of this session, you will

➢ Bring and be willing to work with your current elevator pitch, personal statement and CV in the session with others

➢ Open to trying new techniques and having a go

➢ Have some way of recording notes and work Amanda will bring all her expertise and share it with you, you will be supported and encouraged to engage with the session, expect to have fun and enjoy it too! There’ll also be cake!
